Hi, my name is Victoria Nahley. I'm a passionate writer with a Bachelor's Degree in English (concentration on Professional Writing). My minor was in Sociology and I also completed a Certificate in Women, Gender, and Sexuality studies.
I studied abroad in the UK at Birmingham City University during my junior year. My time abroad connected me with people from a variety of cultural, religious, and professional backgrounds - enabling me to widen my worldview and inspiring me in my writing. In 2017, I won the Sirocco Editor's Award for my Creative Non-fiction essay "Oblivion." I'm currently employed by 2U inc. as a Student Success Manager where I support Data and Digital Marketing Bootcamp students from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) while effectively managing instructional staff and active classes.
